Overlapping endless mechanics make the game experience akin to walking waste deep in mud while blindfolded and getting hit on the head with a mallet.Įnable a “diminishing returns” mechanism for all CC received over a period of time. A random CC to add difficulty and challenge is fine. It’s beyond frustrating and not an enjoyable gaming experience. Reduce the volume and frequency of CC in PVE encounters. Again, this is experienced in PVE as well as PVP. It is NOT enjoyable to be unable to do anything with your character (A/K/A “play the game”) due to the excessive abundance of: stuns, slows, walls, knockbacks, and other mechanics that eliminate any interaction for extended periods of time. The overall gameplay experience in both PVE and PVP is incredibly frustrating given the volume and overlapping application of crowd control systems without any type of diminishing return mechanism.
